Industrial - Wiregrass RanchWiregrass Ranch designed and proposed a Master Plan for the land use of this community. The plan includes well thought out and placed residential, commercial, and industrial. Each of these aspects of land use is important to the community in its own way. The industrial section of the ranch is intended to bring employment and wealth to the local area.

One of the many goals of having commercial, office, and industrial in the proposed Master Plan of Wiregrass Ranch is to help make Pasco County no longer a “bedroom community” as it historically has been. Residents will be able to ‘sleep’ and raise their family close to where they work! One of the things that makes it so appealing to all business prospects, not just industrial, is the fact that it is situated off of the last exit that is before the split of I-75 and I-275. These interstates go up and down the state of Florida and are not toll roads, which help to enhance the value with trucking routes and delivery of products to the land that is currently Wiregrass Ranch.

The Ranch is the largest retail-residential complex ever undertaken in the Pasco, Hillsborough, Pinellas, and Hernando County! It is projected to take ten years to build the entire mixed use development, planned to consist of retail, industrial, hospital, civic, residential, educational, office, and recreation.
